Michelle Mahony is an Operations and Risk Management Leader. She has more than 15 years experience with IPO readiness, Sarbanes Oxley, SOC preparedness, and project management.  Additionally, Michelle has expertise in developing and implementing company-wide risk management organizations and growing companies’ revenue and profitability through operational enhancements. 

Currently, Michelle Mahony is an independent consultant assisting companies with IPO readiness, SOX testing, SOC 1 and 2 gap assessments and M&A assistance. 

In 2015, Michelle moved to Bend, Oregon, from San Francisco, where she led the program management, audit and fraud functions for OpenTable through its IPO and subsequent acquisition by Priceline Group. Michelle brings extensive experience having served in organizations ranging from Dolby Laboratories to Providian Financial / Washington Mutual. Her early career included experience as a Sr. Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers, encompassing business process improvement, information technology audits, and key control reviews.

Michelle graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
